Please fill in all the mandatory fields in the “Add Task” page.
Assign the task to employee(s). To select more than one employee press “Ctrl” and click on the employee names.
Scroll down and then click on “Add”. Once the Task is successfully added to the project you will be taken back to “Project Task List” page.
You can add more tasks to this project by repeating the previous two steps.
Note:
a) To assign this task to “All Employees” check the “All Employee Task” box.
b) To add the same task to “All Projects” check the “All Project” Task box. This task will appear for all projects in the timesheet.
