Answer:
A User can set his Email notifications by going to User Menu->My Email preferences.
Admin level Email notifications can be set by

  1. Going to Admin Options.
  2. Clicking on Email Notification Preferences.And
  3. User can Enable or Disable the Preferred Mail notifications by checking or unchecking the respective mail notifications.
