Ramachandiran is unable to apply optional holiday in spite of having available hours. Attached the screenshots for your reference. Request your support in the resolving the query.

We had released a new patch with two extra fields in My Time off Page which shows Pending Approval & Balance for Request.

Pending Approval :: Submitted Leaves which are pending for approval

Balance for Request :: Actual balance which excludes Pending Approval (which will be same as Add Time off Request page).

In the case of Ramachandiran T as I told you in the Trail mail the actual leave balance for Optional Holiday is 0. Hence we validated for negative hours it will not allow to submit the leave below zero. You can see these balance in Balance for Request page.
