FAQ’sNot able to Add Employee/User

I am facing issue while creating one specific account. Error says (Account already exits) but I am not able to identify the id can you pls help.

We noticed that new signup account exist with username as vishal.reddy@xxxxx.com. so that you are not allowed to add in your account.  Disable the account which user has created from userside & then you can add it in your account.
