    I want to remove one user from our employees list, because he is no longer working with us. Is it possible to delete an employee from the current empolyees list and still save his history?

    The employee can be deleted from the list but the employee data will not be visible anymore. If you want to delete, please follow the below-mentioned steps:

    1. Under the MENU toolbar select Master Data –> Click on Employee then the employee’s list will be visible.¬
    2. From the list, you can choose the employee, Click on more dropdown and delete the employee.

    If the data is required then the employee can be disabled, then the data history will be available. If you want to disable, Please follow the steps:

    1. Under the MENU toolbar select Master Data –> Click on Employee then the employee’s list will be visible.¬
    2. From the list, you can choose the employee, Click on more dropdown and select the edit option to select OTHERS tab there you can select disabled option
