I am trying to print off reports, as I do every 2 weeks, but it looks as though I haven’t paid my bill and I have noticed that the email address you have for me is out of date. The business name is RF Logan & Co and the email you have is mikelogan@xxxxxxxx.co.uk. It is also saying that I have more than 20 employees, 37, and that I need to increase my license. I have under 20 but don’t know how to delete the old ones. I’d be grateful if someone could contact me as soon as possible so I can pay what is due and get access to the info I need.

I can see the employee in the Deleted List, just filter it by Deleted Employees and follow the steps in below screen to delete permanently.
You can change your user name in employee edit page
click on Edit as highlighted in above screen & you will be displayed with the page of employee info were you can change the mail id by editing & click on update once you done with this.
